hotel and suites truly misses the mark. A small, cramped bathroom, and they simply ignored my requests for a breakfast package! As someone who expected to be treated with utmost regard, I was utterly appalled not to receive even a whisper of special treatment during my stay. it definitely woudl ve been a 5-star review otherwise.

Had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from Souq Waqif and the metro station. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a fully-equipped kitchenette that made meals a breeze. An indoor pool offered a refreshing reprieve. Special shoutout to the delightful staff, especially the cheerful Maureene at breakfast who served delicious fresh food daily. Truly a great experience!

The gym and swimming pool felt inadequate for a 4-star hotel!!! A strong cigarette odor in the room was unpleasant!!! Shower temperature fluctuations were seriously uncomfortable!!! Poor customer service response added to the frustration!!!
